SYMESTIC products can be available to you extremely quickly. Some of our customers have already set up their first automated data connection and used our productivity and digitization products on the day they got to know us. As a rule, your administrative ordering process will be significantly longer.

SYMESTIC's pricing model is a true SaaS subscription model, which means it's easy to get started, there are no “maintenance fees” and all software updates are included. Our prices are volume-based, so the more segments (plants, machines, devices, systems) you connect, the less it costs per segment.

All subscriptions include our Customer Success Service, which includes remote technical support, implementation and product training.

When comparing them with traditional on-premise solutions, bear in mind that they only appear to be more expensive up front, but supposedly have lower running costs. There are many hidden costs, such as system upgrade time, web and database server maintenance, dedicated IT resources, and product maintenance and training costs that become prohibitive for many organizations over time!

SYMESTIC products are not just cloud-based - our products are cloud-native!

Many traditional on-premises market competitors dazzle prospective customers with their supposed MES cloud variant. These are merely outdated MES products that are installed in a data center of a cloud infrastructure operator instead of in a customer's server room (cloud-hosted MES). The short answer is: usually no.

Many systems/machines already have a network-compatible data connection (e.g. OPC-UA or Modbus). The SYMESTIC Manufacturing Platform includes the corresponding client service. You can simply download this service from the cloud and install it on one of your local (virtual) servers.

If you want to get by without using your local network for internal reasons (e.g. IT department overloaded), you can purchase our Cloud Gateway hardware, which enables a mobile connection to the cloud, among other things (country-specific restrictions may apply).

Depending on the application, you may want to add digital signals or additional sensors. No witchcraft either - this is extremely quick and easy with our DI Cloud Gateway in just a few minutes.

The data is protected in a Microsoft Azure cloud database that exclusively contains your company's data. Professionally protected around the clock by Microsoft Cyber Security Services.
